Your content

You retain full ownership of any photos, logos, or business details you use with this tool. Before & After Maker does not claim any rights over your uploaded content, and — as explained on the Privacy page — does not receive or store your photos as part of normal editing and export.

You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you upload, including photos of people, property, or vehicles that aren't your own.

Honest use

This tool is designed to help you present genuine before-and-after results clearly — through cropping, alignment, labelling and layout. It is not designed, and should not be used, to fabricate a transformation that did not actually occur. Misrepresenting results, particularly in advertising or medical/cosmetic contexts, may violate consumer protection or advertising laws in your jurisdiction — that responsibility sits with you as the person publishing the content, not with this tool.

No warranty

Before & After Maker is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. While we aim for the tool to work reliably across modern browsers, we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly for browser-dependent features like video export, which relies on your specific browser's capabilities.

Embeds

The website embed feature generates a small, self-contained script for your own site. You are responsible for the images and content you choose to display through it, and for complying with any terms of the image hosting service you use.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
