Before & After Photos for Fitness, Weight Loss & Progress
Free. No signup. No watermark.
Fitness before-and-afters are personal, so this page leads with the same point the whole tool is built around: your photos are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded anywhere. Whether it's a client's 12-week transformation or your own progress tracking, you control where the image ends up — nowhere, unless you choose to export and share it.
Your photos stay on your device — everything here runs locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
Upload both photos to enable export.

Perfect For
Before & After Photo Tips
Tip 1
Use consistent lighting, distance and pose for every progress photo — even small changes in camera distance can visually exaggerate or hide real changes.
Tip 2
Wear similar (or the same) clothing in both photos so the comparison is about the body, not the outfit.
Tip 3
Use "Day 1 / Day 30" or a custom label instead of "Before / After" for progress tracking that isn't a single dramatic transformation.
Tip 4
If the photos were taken at different distances from the camera, use Zoom and Pan to match scale as closely as possible before exporting — but note this only recrops the existing photo, it doesn't change what's actually in it.
Tip 5
Consider whether a photo is appropriate to share publicly at all — this tool is equally useful for private progress tracking that never leaves your device.
FAQ
Do you store or see my progress photos?+
No. Image editing and exporting happen entirely in your browser using the Canvas API — your photos are never uploaded to a server as part of creating the image. See our Privacy page for full details.
Can I relabel Before/After for a progress series instead of a single transformation?+
Yes — the label text is fully editable, so you can use "Day 1 / Day 30", "Start / 12 Weeks", or any custom wording.
